Additional Information for the Booking Session
Service Fees & Compensation
As your travel advisor, my work during the Booking Session includes finalizing details, processing reservations, coordinating traveler information, and ensuring accuracy across all arrangements. This stage may involve client-paid service fees depending on the nature of your trip.
Supplier Commissions
I receive commissions directly from travel suppliers such as hotels, resorts, cruise lines, and tour operators. These commissions are included in the cost of most travel services and do not increase the price you pay.
As with standard industry practice, commission amounts and percentages remain confidential and do not require disclosure.
Client-Paid Service Fees
Certain fees may apply depending on the level of work required to complete your booking. These may include:
Booking & Administrative Fees — for processing reservations, confirming traveler details, and completing required documentation
Group Coordination Fees — for large or complex groups requiring additional communication and logistics
Trip Complexity Fees — for itineraries that involve multiple destinations, specialty services, or advanced customization
Rush or Last-Minute Booking Fees — when expedited processing is required
Cancellation, Last-Minute Reschedule, or No-Call/No-Show Fees — applicable only during the Booking Phase for appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours
Your first cancellation, short-notice reschedule, or no-call/no-show will be waived as a courtesy
All client-paid service fees will be communicated clearly and agreed upon before any charges are made, ensuring complete transparency.
Commitment to Transparency
I am committed to offering a smooth, trustworthy, and fully transparent booking experience. You will always receive advance notice of any applicable fees, clear explanations of their purpose, and full clarity before moving forward. My goal is to ensure you feel informed and supported throughout the entire planning process.
