Fees & Compensation Disclosure
As your travel advisor, I am compensated through a combination of supplier-paid commissions and client service fees. This structure allows me to provide dedicated support, personalized research, and professional guidance throughout your travel planning experience.
Supplier Commissions
I receive commissions directly from travel suppliers such as hotels, resorts, tour operators, and cruise lines. These commissions are already built into the cost of most travel bookings and do not increase the price you pay.
The specific commission amounts or percentages are confidential and are not required to be disclosed.
Client-Paid Service Fees
In some cases, additional fees may apply. These may include:
Planning or Research Fees — for complex itineraries or multi-destination trips
Group Coordination Fees — for large groups requiring additional communication and logistics
Booking & Administrative Fees — for processing reservations, traveler details, and required documents
Rush or Last-Minute Planning Fees — if applicable
Cancellation, Last-Minute Reschedule, or No-Call/No-Show Fees — may apply for appointments that are canceled, rescheduled on short notice, or missed without notice within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment during the Booking Phase, and fees will vary depending on the circumstances. Any cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur a fee. Additionally, the first cancellation, last-minute reschedule, or no-call/no-show will be waived as a courtesy.
Please note: This policy applies only to the Booking Phase and does not apply to the complimentary Discovery Call.
All client-paid fees will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before any planning or bookings begin.
Commitment to Transparency
I am committed to providing a transparent and trustworthy planning process. You will always receive upfront information regarding any service fees, and you will never be surprised by hidden costs.
